Day 1:
I ate a healthy breakfast today Oatmeal with almonds and a 1/2 tsp of brown sugar. Then to find out, I had to the stomach flu. Which might be TMI for you! But after that I was miserable, so tomorrow will hopefully be better! and I need to drink more water! Goal tomorrow 100 oz! WE CAN DO THIS!

Getting Healthy!
Growing up I was never the skinny girl, I was the "curvy girl." That never really bothered me, I had friends and they liked me for me. Well when I finished school, I lost some weight but soon after the weight loss, I got pregnant with my first child. I lost the weight again, but then came my second child, and that weight I never lost. I also gained weight after, so my New Years resolution is to get healthy! I started running recently, but I decided I need to be more dedicated to it. I also need to start eating better! I need to make lifestyles changes, and get my kids on them too. Right now they are healthy and active, but I don't want tot get them started on bad habits. I also noticed that with school, and everything else going on in my life, I have been making a lot of excuses as to why I have not been exercising more. But next semester I had made my school schedule to fit better, so I have time to fit exercising and cooking better meals into our hectic schedule.
My goal is to lose 80 lb. by the end of the year! I will be rewarding myself when I reach goals. I haven't really decided what my rewards would be but I know I would like another tattoo, or piercing. I made a chart, but I will adjust it as necessary. I will try to document my weight loss goal as openly as possible, I haven't weighed myself yet so I will purchase a scale and I will bravely share that information, when I find out myself. Also, my goal is to take a picture everyday to also document the journey. Heres to the New year and lets make it a Healthy one!

Hello! I just want to wish you a Happy New Year and Welcome to my new blog! I needed a new blog, just to start of fresh and new. In this blog, I will share recipes that I have found and tried, crafts, and basic information about my kids, and my little family!
Well first I should introduce myself. I am Marisela. People call me Marcella, or Marshmallow. I am 24. I am a mother of two beautiful children, ( Lily 5, Sam 2) who are too smart for there own good. I am a wife, we have been married three years, and have been together for six years. I am also a student at Arizona State. As you can tell my life is hectic and busy. But I will try to stay on top of this blog.
