Day 1 Getting Healthy

Day 1:


I ate a healthy breakfast today Oatmeal with almonds and  a 1/2 tsp of brown sugar. Then to find out, I had to the stomach flu. Which might be TMI for you! But after that I was miserable, so tomorrow will hopefully be better! and I need to drink more water! Goal tomorrow 100 oz! WE CAN DO THIS!
